Star Wars Battlefront Death Star

I worked as a Senior Environment Artist on the Death Star dlc for Star Wars Battlefront released 2016. Getting to create the Death Star surface and trench run map was a real thrill and a childhood dream come true. Figuring out the best way to create the Death Star surface models was really fun due to it´s mathematical and uniform shapes, I settled on 7 pieces in the end. I worked closely with Mikael Andersson on the first chapter where you play in and around asteroids, space debris and the massive Star Destroyers. Dennis Brännval was the creative mind behind the layout of the trench run and he is always very inspirational and fun to work with.
